Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The purpose of this article is the analysis of the importance of road training at each level of education, considering that according to Article Four of the Organic Law of Land Transportation, Traffic, and Road Safety, road training and education are fundamental part of security. In its development, the legal nature and the public policies in the country are described, aimed at guaranteeing road training at educational levels, and it is also assessed the compliance with the relevant constitutional guarantees to the right to road education and training. The methodology used was qualitative-quantitative, given that the Ecuadorian legal framework was reviewed, while considering the perception of the actors directly or indirectly involved in the field of road training. This information was contrasted with the literature in the field of Law and Social Sciences, to provide a critical contribution in order to achieve the objectives set. |
