Gaia:The present investigation provides a clear example - with scientific rigor - of the need for judicial independence in Ecuadorian justice, through the cases of September 30, 2010. In the absence of investigations on this issue of national relevance in the function jurisdictional, this study shows the shortcomings of our justice system when it comes to judging political cases, because the judge succumbs to state pressure. For this, information on the events is collected in the Public Prosecutor's Office and Courts, the social and political phenomenon is used in order to establish the irruption of judicial independence by the executive.
