Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The present document aims to determine the factors that influenced the implementation of the plan, its strategies, and actions up to the year 2023. To analyze this, a qualitative approach was used, focusing on understanding the interactions between the different actors and institutions involved. This included document analysis and interviews with GAD Riobamba technicians, as well as other dignitaries, using a structured question guide instrument. The main result revealed that the implementation of the Mobility Plan shows that only 17 out of the 75 planned projects have been executed, representing 30% of the target established for 2023, which was 73.3%. The conclusion established that the Mobility Plan of Riobamba faces a series of challenges that have limited its effectiveness to date. However, with a renewed focus on coordination, transparency, and citizen participation, it is possible to overcome these obstacles and ensure a more sustainable and efficient future in terms of urban mobility in the city. |
