Streszczenie:The migration process is considered as a natural phenomenon worldwide, has its emergence with the very existence of man. Today, caused by international globalization, there is an increase in its behavior, and is influenced by various political, economic, social, and cultural factors that stimulate the departure of people from their countries of origin to others that show opportunities and possibilities for regularization. Within this phenomenon, one of the groups that has a significant representation, are qualified professionals, who seek better well-being and quality of life, as is the case of Venezuelan immigrants. Ecuador, for its part, has become, especially in recent years, an attractive place for foreigners, established policies, dollarization, it's culture, among others. The study aims to analyze the current situation of skilled migration of Venezuelans in Quito, in order to determine their personal and professional expectations and establish their realities, facing a highly competitive labor market due to the high demand of existing jobs in the city and restrictive by limitations that is presented by its migratory situation. As a fundamental result, the discriminatory and difficult situation in which this group of people are located, despite their level of knowledge, do not achieve an adequate job placement, and therefore salary, which causes their personal demotivation and the impossibility of their wisdom be exploited in the development of society.
