| सारांश: | The Ecuadorian sports system has had several changes in both its structure and regulation different stakeholders. It is at this point that institutionalism as an analytical side to visualize the evolution and transformation of the rules of the game both formal and informal sport raised in Ecuador. These rules of the game converge within a network policy which has two essential characteristics: the first one is part of the study of interest intermediation and the second directed to propose strategies for improving governance in complex scenarios due to its interaction between actors from both the public and private sector as in the sports scene in our country. Thus Chapter One places the theoretical framework used to give the notions of institutionalism, public policy networks and an approach to the sport seen as a system. Chapter two presents the research methodology, which takes the theoretical framework as a guideline and makes an approach to the object of analysis from the perspective of policy networks. Chapter Three deals with the analytical framework of policy network federative system to high performance in Ecuador. Chapter four outlines a proposed plan of action in sport from beginners to high performance and chapter five discloses previous findings of research work which are systematically exposed as the development of the dissertation. |
