Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The research to be carried out in the present work consists of an analysis of the different public policies of return implemented during the Government of the Citizen Revolution (Revolución Ciudadana), from 2007 to 2015; with special focus on the program “Plan Bienvenid@s a Casa”, using as the case of study the Ecuadorian community living in the city of Chicago located in the United States of America. The analysis is considered from three areas: normative, institutional and promotion of the program of return to Ecuador, as well as the level of interest of the migrant community in them; with which it is sought to contribute to the knowledge on how has been the construction of the returned migrant Ecuadorian; who has been the object of public policies, in order to contribute to the construction of new programs that transcend conventional discourses of the State and respond to the returnees’s interests. |
