Those elements allowed reconstructing the Ecuadorian position in the period 2015 and 2016 that are reflected in the second chapter. In the same way, the third chapter presents the Ecuadorian position in the COPs of the period 2017 to 2019. And finally, the fourth chapter contains the results of each COP, and a comparison of the periods under study.
