Gaia:The research generates a tax complaint management model for the Taxpayer Rights Department of the Internal Revenue Service where the contribution of the management model is theoretically supported. It also analyzes the management process carried out in the study periods, finding that SRI members know the procedures, highlighting the case analysis and addressing based on the analysis of the complaint to the different levels of the institution; In addition it is observed that not all in the institution have received the appropriate training on the management of complaints. Thus, the majority agree that the Tax Complaints Management Model be renewed; considering that, it is feasible to consider strategies for the correct application of the proposed model for the Tax Administration. Strategies are established for the correct application of the proposed Model for the Tax Administration, this assertion is within the same model that includes policies for compliance and achievement of objectives.
