Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | On the basis of a wide theoretical background and some technical instruments of investigation, it intends to explore the penitentiary world in Ecuador in the light of hermeneutics visions from a historic-diachronic character, including some brief annotations about the colonial roots of the concepts and categories that relate to it. The theories of conformation of the states and their mechanisms of “governmentality” are very present in this description. There is an effort to locate the world of the penitentiary confinement at this present time, penetrating its internal composition and the social, cultural and political factors that wrap and define it (field and habitus). A dissection of its actual structure is submitted, including its double regulation that comes from the state and the transnational organized crime. It describes the transformation that occurs under the influence of globalization and the undeniable presence of ultra-refined criminal organizations, pretending to rise, on the sidelines of the narrowly limited academic speech of this reflection, some elements that allow to theorize about radical changes that prison demands, in particular in the frame of Human Security of Ecuadorian state. |
