| Resumo: | Risk management is one of the main operators of Global Navigation Satellite System GNSS, since it contributes to the study of existing worldwide threats of natural causes, the same ones represent the main generating source of disasters that put at risk human existence and resources of sustenance, although to meet this objective it is important to rely on the real time accurate positioning services, based on an official georeferenced infrastructure. Currently, worldwide geographic/cartographic agencies and institutes choose to update the acquisitions procedures of GPS information, based on real time techniques that minimize the field of work operative costs, improve production and provide immediate results, to a point that practically it is not mandatory to execute an establishment post-process, to obtain control checkpoints with coordinates link to the geocentric structure of official reference, under an acceptable level of accuracy (centimeters and millimeters) without doubt this is resolve with the use of GNSS Real Time Positioning techniques. The real time positioning technique based on NTRIP protocol allows to reduce operative costs in the field of work increasing productivity mostly because there is no need to execute post-process activities through a specialized software that generally is complicated and originate delays for the outcome. REGME establishes the Red Activa Nacional and it is formed by permanent stations which are totally compatible with the real time positioning technique, throughout REGME-IP implementation service for the development of Stream of Differential Corrections, under the RTCM standard 2.x and 3.x version. This article shows a comparative technical study on static differential post process GPS positioning techniques and real time NTRIP with a sample of 174 points distributed in the coast, highland, and amazon regions, to evaluate the acquisition of accurate coordinates in the least amount of time to reduce operative costs. Additionally, the results obtain from the field tests are reviewed with GPS High-Cost and Low-Cost equipment. |
