| 要約: | The purpose of this dissertation is the comparative study of two different types of village banking, designed as a tool to promote economic and social inclusion of people. The methodological approach is based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches with the use of the technique of case studies from fieldwork started in January 2016 and completed in September of the same year. Units of analysis are two organizations that the achievement of social goals, integrated microcredit to subjects excluded from the formal offer of financial services, with objectives that are intended to transcend the poverty alleviation and promoting self-management and empowerment as a basis for the promotion of local development. Case studies: Foundation of solidarity and support to the family (ASOF), located in the city of Latacunga, and the Community Bank of Atucucho located in the city of Quito, have been analyzed through its context of emergence, its institutional profile and its management inclusive, in order to show the positioning and the perspective of the principle of self-management that these cases demonstrate in their practices. Is concluded that effectively, the two organizations analyzed performed practices of inclusion economic and social, being the notion of self-management that each an of them promotes, the difference fundamental among them; considering that, from the perspective of Popular and solidary economy, self-management is one of the principles that built new citizens. |
