With this environmental public policy is to reduce deforestation, mitigating climate change and improving lives of the people. The main objective was to analyze critically the Forest Partner Program from a managerial perspective, in order to create new tools that will be useful to management by internationally recognized in relation to senior management techniques , strategic addressing operational and strategic planning. Several lectures given during the Masters in Management analyzed experimentally, to allow and apply the knowledge imparted by teachers, in a program that exists and requires academic contributions serve him to endure the long term. We visited three communities: Las Balsas, Loma Alta and Dos Mangas; on the investment plans of each community to discuss transfers, details of its financial management and compliance with established goals and objectives; research which proved positive. Were performed several procedures statistical evaluation mechanism developed during the investigation that serve to facilitate the management of the program, a practical application methodology for the analysis of the variables set in their databases (present and future), for which was taken as example 64 communities they Socio Bosque benefits, for statistical processes using STATA a free software. |
