ট্যাগ যুক্ত করুন | সংক্ষিপ্ত: | This paper analyzes how the International Cooperation in Ecuador has developed in the period 2013-15, after the Ecuadorian International Cooperation policy modified its priorities oriented mainly to the change of the Productive Matrix and Human Talent. The disposition of this study, in the first chapter delineates the problem in general, then specifies its objectives, raises the reason for this effort, outlines hypotheses and proposes the methodology. The second chapter outlines the theoretical framework, with a varied cooperation of authors of different tonic, both multilateral and long-standing researchers on International Cooperation (IC), seeking to obtain the most recent impressions, analyzes that have been the prelude to the confirmation of what is still being developed with IC. The third chapter has been dedicated to data processing in order to evaluate what has happened in Ecuador in the period 2013-2015, coming to see that the circumstances described in the theoretical framework are hard to change. The fourth chapter focuses on the results obtained from the data processing, as well as to make the relevant conclusions and recommendations according to the framework outlined for this research |
