La prestación de los servicios de salud mediante la articulación Pública – Privada; análisis de la red Pública integral de salud (RPIS) en la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, en el periodo 2014-2016.

In this study we analyze the factors that contribute and limit public – private articulations for the provision of health services by the institutions that make up the Public Health Network (RPIS); these institutions are: the Ministry of Public Health (MSP), the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS), the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces (ISSFA), the Social Security Institute of the National Police (ISSPOL); and the Private or non-profit institutions: NGOs and SOLCA. The study tallest place in her province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas during the 2014-2016 period through we use of interviews directed to Directors, Managers and Administrators; In which the favorable factors are identified: control mechanisms, auditing processes, evaluation indicators, attention programs directed to priority groups and conventional tools of information relationship in the management and referral of patients; and those limiting factors: poor coordination among actors, lack of knowledge of regulations, low technical capacity and installed capacity, lack of resources, high political influence and lack of integrated information and communication systems among providers.
