spelling	SISTEMA DEL MANEJO DE INGRESO Y CONTROL DE PRODUCTOS PARA SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS EN SERVITOTALARIAS MARTÍNEZ, SONIA KATHERINEMANEJO DE INGRESOSERVICIO TÉCNICOTECNÓLOGO EN ANÁLISIS DE SISTEMASLa empresa actualmente en el área de Call center mantiene un sistema para el control de productos que ingresan a los diferentes servicios técnicos por varias razones como son garantías de fabrica, garantía gex que es una garantía extendida siendo este un servicio extra de la empresa para atraer más cliente este control se lo ha manejado de una forma general ya que el sistema carece de un manejo automatizado de los dos tipos de garantías que se entrega a los clientes por sus productos lo que hace que el cliente se moleste ya que si este servicio es ofrecido por la empresa y al tener que el cliente presenta su historial de compra para poder acceder a la garantía se demora la atención generando un malestar al momento del reclamo, otro inconveniente que el Call center mantiene en este momento es que al ingresar los productos una vez que el cliente ha tenido que realizar toda el proceso para acceder al servicio técnico, el cliente no tiene una respuesta inmediata por parte del servicio técnico de los siguientes aspectos: tipo de daño del producto, cobertura de la garantía, costo de reparación en caso de que el daño no se cubierto por la garantía, tiempo de entrega.
