La implementación de un manual de procedimientos en el área del call center es de suma importancia en la empresa CBEFEC CIA LTDA, ya que los problemas se pueden agrandar y llevar a sanciones por parte de los organismos de control. Estratégicamente se procederá a la implementación de un manual de prevención de riegos, mismo que estará avalado y sellado por el ministerio de trabajo, ya que es una parte importante del área de seguridad industrial implementado en la empresa. Los resultados que se espera obtener es mejorar la productividad, y mitigar los tiempos muertos, obteniendo mejores ingresos y reduciendo los posibles gastos que se dan por enfermedad al realizar las actividades sin protección.
