Uno de los aspectos importantes que tiene esta propuesta es conocer la gran riqueza de historia de los quiteños, el rescatar nuestras raíces y nuestras tradiciones culinarias vista desde este trabajo, desde siempre ha existido la curiosidad por conocer de mejor forma el valor histórico e importante de estos dulces, la mezcla de los ingredientes para llevar a cabo la elaboración de los dulces tradicionales, que satisfaga a todos los paladares, así rescatando estas tradiciones culinarias y no perderlas.
