Básicamente el proyecto contiene siete capítulos a desarrollarse, en el primero y segundo capítulo se analiza la situación actual de las Historias Clínicas a la que se pretende mejorar, a través del diagnóstico se determinaron fortalezas y oportunidades; una de las principales fortalezas es la sistematización de Historias Clínicas según su contenido la cual nos permite optimizar el servicio y disminuir el tiempo de ingreso de información del animal y dueño, además se detalla que entidades están involucradas en el proyecto tanto de manera directa como indirecta. En el capítulo tres se detallan los problemas y causas que se presentan en la situación actual del manejo de las Historias Clínicas Veterinarias así como también los objetivos que se debe cumplir para llegar la situación deseada y poder mejorar la gestión de las Historias Clínicas Veterinarias para brindar un mejor servicio.
