Emplear estrategias que permitan concientizar el uso adecuado de los equipos de protección personal, tomando en cuenta el reglamento interno de la empresa y el reglamento de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. La Constructora Andrade Asociados S.C.C al percibir la problemática en sus colaboradores, a tomando mucho énfasis en la elaboración del presente proyecto, facilitando todo la información necesaria para desarrollar de una manera más objetiva nuestra propuesta. Al implementar el plan de capacitación se pretende concientizar en los trabajadores el uso correcto de los equipos, ya que el personal es una de los recursos más importante dentro de la organización. Mediante el plan de capacitación se pretende que los trabajadores generen conciencia sobre el uso adecuado de los equipos de protección personal, el estudio realizado determino que los trabajadores de la Constructora Andrade Asociados S.C.C, no realizan los procedimientos adecuados dentro del área de trabajo, por ende ha incrementado el índice de accidentes laborales.
