Dicha empresa tiene como actividad la comercialización de insumos y reactivos de laboratorio clínicos a clientes locales y de provincias. Los problemas que tiene la empresa radica en el departamento de bodega ya que no se han tenido las funciones determinadas de cada colaborador lo que ha ocasionado que ninguna de las personas tenga un responsabilidad, también no se ha tenido procesos determinados lo cual ha provocado varios problemas con los clientes y compañeros, por malos despachos, inconsistencias en el inventario, demoras en el despacho al cliente, mal estado de la bodega. Para reducir estos inconvenientes antes mencionados se propone realizar manuales de funciones y procesos para que tenga conocimiento de cómo deben proceder. Las razones principales que motivaron el proyecto son proporcionar al departamento de bodega manuales para que puedan mejor y facilitar en las actividades que deben cumplir, se busca como objetivo principal la optimización de recursos y mejoramiento de rentabilidad, eficiencia.
