Toda organización está en riesgo de que sus colaboradores puedan sufrir de este tipo de afecciones laborales, sin embargo, los riesgos dependen mucho de las características del puesto de trabajo que pueden ser las siguientes: malas posturas, agotamiento visual, contaminación auditiva, dolor en las manos entre otras. Por eso desarrollar e implementar un Plan de Capacitación con actividades que puedan prevenir enfermedades laborales ocasionados por el estrés, es tan importante como el mismo hecho de buscar mejorar y aumentar la producción independientemente del objetivo de cada organización. Una Guía de Pausas Activas es una de las alternativas que se implementara para la mejorara de calidad de vida y por ende el rendimiento laboral en el que nos desarrollamos, vivimos en un mundo globalizado que reglamenta un estilo de vida basado en el trabajo, dejando en segundo plano el ámbito de salud y bienestar, puede ser por esto que aparecen una serie de factores negativos como algunas enfermedades articulares y estrés a causa largas jornadas laborales.
