Lo cual nos ayudara a establecer los procedimientos necesarios como identificar, delimitar, racionalizar y automatizar según lo que requiera la empresa. De esta manera se podrá reducir los recursos y apoyar con eficiencia, los objetivos de la empresa. El problema es que existe una cierta lentitud en atender a los clientes, porque no cuentan con la información necesaria, lo cual produce un bajo rendimiento en la empresa y causa incomodidad y descontento por parte de los clientes. El objetivo principal del proyecto es sistematizar el proceso de compra de combustible, mediante un sistema de pago móvil. El proyecto se desarrollará en siete capítulos, en los cuales se encuentra los antecedentes, la justificación; también encontramos el problema central de la empresa, examinando sus causas y dificultades, mismas que nos permitirán crear objetivos de mejora que determinarán las planificaciones, los problemas, el análisis de las alternativas, el impacto que tendrán objetivos en el sistema, las estrategias, la propuesta con su formulación y su descripción del sistema, la base de datos del sistema, la programación, y los aspectos administrativos como: los recursos humanos, el presupuesto y el cronograma de las elaboraciones del sistema. También se describirán las conclusiones y recomendaciones que tendrá el proyecto.
