El problema se torna importante pues los sitios turísticos representan una fuente de ingreso para la ciudad de Ambato, además, genera empleo. Si no reciben turistas, Ambato podría verse afectada en economía y reconocimiento. Los lugares turísticos de la ciudad de Ambato han sido antes explorados, pero no tienen los soportes adecuados para que sus visitantes tengan el conocimiento adecuado de dichos sitios. Otorgar a la ciudad una revista con la cual pueda ayudarse en la difusión de sus principales sitios turísticos, además, que dicho soporte tendrá una estrategia creativa con el fin de promocionarla, dando como resultado a que no pase desapercibida. Las consecuencias que llevara el desarrollo del proyecto y del producto, no serán más que positivas, pues, los sitios turísticos de la ciudad de Ambato tendrán una mejoría en sus visitas y por ende recibirá un alza en su economía.
