Ltda., tiene como compromiso brindar asesoría inmobiliaria de calidad, a todos los clientes que deseen comprar, vender, o cambiar un bien inmueble, brindándoles una atención sería y de calidad, además de brindarles seguimiento en la posventa de su inmueble, se ha identificado las causas que han llevado a originar el problema central de este proyecto, las cuales afectan al desarrollo de las funciones diarias y a la rentabilidad de la empresa, entre las cuales se ha encontrado la competencia desleal que se ha generado entre colaboradores, al no respetar las ventas de cada uno, el liderazgo autoritario y poco participativo de los directivos, que únicamente dan órdenes sin explicaciones y no escuchan las opiniones de los trabajadores, el favoritismo que existe a ciertos trabajadores, que se evidencian con la repartición poco equitativa de los incentivos, todo esto ha llevado al deterioro de relaciones interpersonales y a crear un clima laboral tenso.
