Al mismo tiempo, con el registro de los datos la empresa podrá tener un control total de lo que ocurre en el departamento técnico, ejemplo: si sus técnicos están realizando las tareas asignada, si están cumpliendo el tiempo ofrecido al cliente, etc., lo cual nos ayudara a tener un control adecuado y beneficiara a la empresa por tener establecido estándares de cumplimento en tiempos de reparación, seguimiento y entrega de equipos. De esta manera se podrá evitar posibles conflictos con nuestros clientes, llegando a ejecutar satisfactoriamente el cronograma establecido y con la obtención de resultados favorables.
