Con las nuevas aplicaciones informáticas este trabajo resulta más sencillo para ser controlada por el personal de centro educativo. La institución escogida para aplicar esta aplicación informática es el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “Los Amigos de Jesús” por la estimación que tiene y la facilidad que desde el primer momento brindaron para obtener los datos y culminar este proyecto. En este centro de desarrollo infantil realizan el proceso de matriculación del alumnado a través de registros manuales e individuales para cada grupo educativo, posteriormente esta información es transferida a hojas de cálculo (Excel), información utilizada para la emisión de listados, reportes y certificaciones del alumnado requeridos durante el año lectivo. Este proceso presenta la posibilidad de emitir información errónea.
