El Centro de Estética y Belleza estará ubicado al sur de Quito, en el sector de San Bartolo, lugar con óptimas condiciones y de fácil acceso para sus clientes, además de buscar posicionamiento de los servicios en el mercado. En los cambios acelerados y en la globalización que se vive hoy en día es muy importante el “verse bien y sentirse bien”, es por eso que el Centro de Estética y Belleza se ha preocupado y desarrollará el servicio a domicilio para aquellas personas que no les alcanza el tiempo para recurrir a un centro de belleza. Se manejará una variedad de servicios como son: tratamientos corporales, tratamientos faciales, peinados, manicure, pedicura, tintes, tratamientos capilares, con la utilización de productos de mejor calidad y sobre todo a precios accesibles que brinden confianza y estabilidad a los clientes. El estudio de mercado se lo realizó utilizando el modelo de encuesta, en el sur de Quito sector de san Bartolo, el análisis de la oferta y la demanda dio un resultado positivo, y el servicio será aceptado en el sector. El cuarto capítulo el estudio técnico en el cual podemos realizar una descripción de todos los recursos necesarios para poner en marcha el proyecto, además de la capacidad y la infraestructura. El quinto capítulo el estudio financiero, el cual determina cuan viable es el proyecto se hace el estudio de varios indicadores financieros como son el VAN, se determinó que el proyecto tiene un VAN de $ 34, 074,68, el cual representa que es viable el proyecto siendo mayor a cero, otra herramienta es el TIR, con un resultado de 51,05% lo que representa que el proyecto es rentable, el estudio del indicador relación costo beneficio con un resultado de $1,40 por cada dólar invertido, lo que financieramente se demuestra que el proyecto es viable y rentable.
