Con la ayuda de la investigación de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas y de campo se identificó el problema y se realizó su respectivo análisis, para lo cual se utilizó herramientas de investigación tales como la encuesta detallando cuantitativamente y cualitativamente el problema.
