Su principal función se centra en receptar y paletizar la carga para el envío hacia otros países, el giro del negocio se relaciona con el aeropuerto, el personal labora en horarios rotativos, largas jornadas, y sobre todo no existe descanso en las fechas festivas nacionales para el personal de turno, lo que puede generar cansancio, estrés, con alta tendencia a adquirir síndrome de Burnout y depresión laboral al no compartir con sus familias en esas fechas. A través de la encuesta realizada se observa el interés por parte de los colaboradores y de la empresa en la aceptabilidad del taller.
