El presente trabajo se enfocó en la elaboración de un plan de motivación para reducir el alto índice de rotación del personal y mejorar las relaciones interpersonales en la empresa Florícola San Isidro Labrador FLORSANI CIA. LTDA, ya que será de gran apoyo para el Departamento de Recursos Humanos. Con la implementación del mismo se facilitara a que la empresa tenga un personal motivado, empoderado y que se sienta a gusto en su lugar de trabajo generando la existencia de un clima organizacional favorable y deseado por sus colaboradores, además evitar que la entidad genere gastos en procesos contratación, capacitación e inducción al nuevo personal, así como también evitar la pérdida de tiempo para todos los proceso mencionados y de esta forma siga creciendo y generando ganancias y fuentes de empleo para toda el sector que le rodea.
