DE QUITO 2013 - 2014.CALDERÓN CABRERA, MÓNICA ELIZABETHAUTOESTIMACONCIENCIACIÓNTECNÓLOGA EN DESARROLLO DEL TALENTO INFANTILEl propósito del presente trabajo fue el dar estrategias a los padres de familia para aumentar la autoestima de sus hijos e hijas de tres años puesto que durante las prácticas se pudo observar que los niños y niñas presentan baja autoestima por medio de la inseguridad el temor entre otros tipo de comportamiento que son las características de una autoestima inadecuada. Para la recopilación de datos se aplicó una encuesta para los padres de familia para conocer como tratan a sus hijos en su hogar, la muestra se tomó a veinte padres de familia, los resultados demuestran claramente el poco interés de motivar a sus hijos para que tengan una adecuada autoestima y no porque no quieren si no por falta de conocimiento sobre el tema.
