El objetivo de este proyecto es elaborar un programa de incentivos, que motiven al personal para mejorar su desempeño en el desarrollo de sus funciones, que permitan brindar un servicio de calidad, generando mayores ventas e ingresos para la empresa, evitando así la pérdida de clientes y recursos que son necesarios para el cumplimiento de su proceso productivo.
