A través de la aplicación de las técnicas de investigación y del análisis de los datos obtenidos, ha sido posible identificar el problema que radica en el aspecto de gestión de reservas la cual es la “Inadecuada organización de habitaciones e incorrecto manejo de reservas.” La propuesta que se presenta en este este documento fortalece el control interno con la finalidad de optimizar recursos, armonizar el trabajo de los administradores y empleados y ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad y al alcance de todos los interesados en servicios hoteleros. Se puede acotar que los beneficiarios directos de este sistema son: Los administradores, el personal encargado y principalmente los clientes, todos los beneficiarios contarán con un sistema de fácil comprensión que se ajustan a sus necesidades presentando el entorno en el que se desarrollan sus actividades diarias.
