El presente proyecto está enfocado a favorecer a Sermifer para que pueda lograr su objetivo de prevenir el estrés laboral, por medio de la elaboración de un instructivo de pausas activas el mismo que permitirá prevenir el estrés laboral y mejorar la comunicación entre colaboradores y productividad. En este proyecto se detalla cada uno de los métodos y ejercicios para aplicar a cada uno de los integrantes que posiblemente se ven afectados por el sedentarismo laboral de las actividades diarias, así como también actividades para mejorar el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación interpersonal.
