A través de este proyecto se establece estrategias preventivas y políticas enfocándose en la gestión de los riesgos psicosociales que se percibe en los colaboradores. Tomando en cuenta que es obligatorio en toda empresa fomentar y desarrollar acciones preventivas frente a los factores de riesgos laborales; buscando el bienestar y una condición de vida adecuada para el personal. Mediante esta implementación se pretende motivar una reflexión que incite la solución a los factores identificados, permitiendo conocer y aplicar medidas para mejorar la calidad de vida La metodología que se manejó fue las encuestas a los colaboradores, determinando resultados y recomendaciones que deberán tomarse para minimizar los factores psicosociales.
