Determinar las necesidades que existen en el mercado de rulimanes y retenedores en la ciudad de Ibarra, más el estudio de mercado y la factibilidad, proponiendo la idea de desarrollar un almacén de comercialización de rulimanes y retenedores en la ciudad. Para determinar la factibilidad del proyecto se ha realizado un estudio de mercado aplicando la investigación exploratoria, de campo en la que se pudo cuantificar el grado de necesidad y de aceptación de cliente potencial.
