Mediante las encuestas se logró comprobar que la mayoría de los moradores de la parroquia de Lloa son conocedores de las plantas medicinales y de los remedios ancestrales más utilizados, pero no existe una adecuada manera de transmitir a la nueva generación esta majestuosa sabiduría que logra tratar problemas comunes que se presentan en la salud y que suelen ser pasajeros, sin embargo deben ser atendidos a tiempo, muchas de las veces la enfermedad impide realizar con normalidad las actividades.
