Diseño arquitectónico de un terminal de transporte terrestre con criterios de movilidad sustentable para el cantón ´´San Pedro de Cayambe´´

The architectural proposal includes the design of a land transport terminal with sustainable mobility criteria, this project is located in the canton 'San Pedro de Cayambe, Pichincha Province'. The evident population growth, generates that the bad location of the real terrestrial terminal originates a conflictive node for the place, in addition, its infrastructure is deficient for the canton that borders the city of Quito. A preliminary mobility analysis for the Cayambe canton shows that the current land terminal equipment is obsolete. This problem seeks to determine sustainable mobility criteria that are not only based on the environment, but also on social aspects, urban spaces, roads and equity. Motivating that the design must understand all the aspects to be able to achieve sustainability in the city and not only in the architectural design.
