Shrnutí: | Propolis It is presented as a resin from beekeeping production, which is used in the conformation of the honeycomb as a powerful antifungal and bactericidal element, which is attributed to its composition based on compounds such as esters and phenolic compounds that have the ability to inhibit or repel the growth and proliferation of fungi and bacteria, generating within the honeycomb an antiseptic and ideal environment for the development of the hive, so with this quality to inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria, the application of propolis dilutions at different concentrations with the aim of evaluating the efficacy at the in vitro level to inhibit the growth of Phytophthora sp, obtaining as a result that a concentration of 20 g of propolis in 100 ml of 96% ethanol alcohol allows to inhibit the growth of this phytopathogenic agent with a percentage of inhibition halo of 24.34%, establishing a growth inhibition halo nto with an approximate value to that generated by the chemical control agent with active ingredient Metalaxil that obtained an inhibition halo of 31.96%, in addition to evaluating that at the CFU level by spectrophotometry, the use of propolis presents an effective control characteristic for the development of Phytophthora sp. |
