This research used a qualitative approach, developed in two phases (1) data collection and management information developed, (2) construction of the management system proposal according to the objectives of the organization. The finding determined in this research allows us to conclude that the organization lacks a management system of the Human Resources Department and an area in charge of its implementation in the organization where there is no assignment of responsibilities, difficulties in hiring due to the absence of defined job profiles, which has a direct influence at the time of applying performance evaluations and improvement of results. That is why through the application of this proposal solutions are established to solve the problems encountered.

That is why through the application of this proposal solutions are established to solve the problems encountered.El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal elaborar una propuesta de modelo se sistema de gestión de talento humano para la empresa florícola Puliza Flowers, con la finalidad que la organización desarrolle la gestión mediante normativa e instrumentos que mejoren los subsistemas de talento humano como la captación e ingreso, evaluación de desempeño, compensaciones y desarrollo del personal. Esta investigación utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, desarrollado de en dos fases (1) recopilación de datos e información de la gestión desarrollada, (2) construcción de la propuesta de sistema gestión acorde a las particularidades de la organización. El hallazgo determinado en la investigación permite concluir que la organización al carecer de un sistema de gestión de talento humano y un área encargada de su implementación en la organización no se tiene establecida la asignación de responsabilidades, dificultades en la contratación debido a la contratación sin perfiles de puestos definidos, lo que tiene una injerencia directa al momento de aplicar las evaluaciones de desempeño y mejora de resultados.
