Summary:San Pablo del Lago is a place with a huge tourist attraction, but little is said about the ethnic and cultural diversity that characterizes it, so an important aspect that highlights many of its participants has been left aside. The problem is detailed in the loss of strength when their own people change their beliefs, their way of understanding the world and the meaning of their life\; then new forms and practices are sought that will shape other customs and traditions over time. The culture seeing itself in decline due to the little interest that the authorities put in it, does not have a predetermined space, however, most people have chosen to adapt sites to facilities that help with the promotion of the culture of San Pablo. These spaces range from the homes of artistic representatives of the parish, to have forced the appropriation of forgotten spaces. The scope of the project must accommodate many people since it takes into account not only the children and adolescents of San Pablo del Lago, but also those of the other parishes, which is why it is necessary to be an accessible and strategically located, reducing the difficulties to access it. To achieve this, it is necessary to solve problems such as: difficulty in obtaining resources, seeking the intervention of qualified teachers, linking cultural activity to the tourism sector, reaching people with knowledge of customs and traditions. Therefore, as a predetermined solution, it arises from the need to provide youth with an adequate space for recreational activities, where they feel capable of taking advantage of their free time, enriching their abilities and skills, becoming involved in the reality of our community, thus ceasing to be simple observers and becoming direct participants in community progress.
