Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The present titling work studies and analyzes the deficit of effective public space existing in the rural parish of La Esperanza in the province of Imbabura in Ecuador, and specifically how this influences the Rumipamba community. The problem detected shows that the lack of quality public space does not contribute to its social or economic development. Therefore, the generation of strategies at the architectural level is essential to create optimal public spaces in favor of social interaction and economic strengthening for its population. The stimulation of recreational activities for both children and adults, as well as those of a productive and commercial nature for the economically active population, can provide well-being and financial stability to the inhabitants of the aforementioned community, favoring their integral development and progress. Thus arises the need to propose the design of a multifunctional architectural facility, which articulates within it a variety of activities that improve the quality of life and the economic livelihood of the inhabitants of the Rumipamba community and its surroundings. Emphasis is placed on economic and productive development, whether they are activities related to agricultural and craft trade that are typical of the sector, as well as professional training for its inhabitants. At the same time, people are given access to public recreational spaces that stimulate collective well-being and recreation in a rural setting. The multipurpose equipment provides a diversity of uses to the inhabitants of the Rumipamba community, such as squares for agricultural commerce, training workshops, nursery, food court, information point for tourists, recreational areas, etc. The purpose is to boost the economy of the sector and strengthen coexistence in the Rumipamba community, which is in full growth due to the fact that its current road connection allows it to be connected to the province of Pichincha. |
