| Özet: | The present investigation has as a general objective to determine the incidence of communication, climate and organizational culture for knowledge management in the International Transport and Commerce company Transcomerinter Cía. Ltda. Ecuador. The epistemological paradigm of the study was based on positivism, framed within the typology of descriptive, non-experimental research, as well as correlational studies allowing to determine the link between the variables. The population made up of a total of 100 collaborators as units of analysis, with the support of a Likert-type survey\; fourteen dimensions were measured\; internal communication, external communication, organizational communication, leadership, cooperation and support, recognition, motivation, involvement, consistency, adaptability, mission, knowledge socialization, means of knowledge and knowledge interrelation. For data analysis, coding was performed based on the responses based on a rating scale of cross tables, averages, standard deviation, and correlation between variables. The results of the present investigation demonstrated a satisfactory degree in the perception of the collaborators both in communication, climate, organizational culture and knowledge management. The findings revealed in this study allow us to conclude the existence of a positive and statistically considerable correlation with a tendency to be very strong between the variables. Therefore, we proceeded to suggest a proposal that allows strengthening the labor competencies of the employees in the company, based on the model of Nonaka and Takeuchi, (1999). The conclusions and recommendations were based on those dimensions that are below the statistical measures, which are those that require intervention focused on the fulfillment of the objectives and continuous improvement. |
