要約:The research presented is framed within the research line of Software Engineering, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in TICs, which is carried out at the School of Engineering of the Pontificia Catòlica del Ecuador Ibarra. The main objective of this work is to develop a web application and a chatbot for the Gestafem clinic in Atuntaqui, in order to improve the service provided to patients and streamline the processes carried out in the clinic. The developed web application and chatbot will allow patients to schedule their medical appointments more efficiently and quickly. In addition, this tool will benefit both the patient and the treating physician, since the appointment scheduling process will be more concise and effective, allowing for better use of time in the clinic. In this sense, the development of this web application and chatbot not only focuses on improving the service to the patient, but also on optimizing the internal processes of the clinic, which will result in greater efficiency and productivity at work. Likewise, it is expected that this project will be an example of how technology can be used to improve health services and how it can be applied in the field of entrepreneurship in the ICT sector.
