The new cities focus on the mass production of large buildings, forgetting the social integration needs of their inhabitants, generating the loss of culture and social identity, also promoting the abandonment by their inhabitants of urban public areas and spaces, causing a social disconnection and lack of interest in the preservation of its natural environment. The passing of the years and environmental pollution has prevailed in the interstitial spaces of the city which have not been intervened through the architectural planning of these areas, becoming seen in the background. This has caused the city to not have recreational green areas that contribute to the environment and encourage sports and at the same time are lungs of oxygen for the city. Due to this, the recovery of the protection and design strips is proposed. of a sector park. The urban proposal includes improving the pedestrian and vehicular traffic of the sector with the improvement of its roads in addition to the implementation of vegetation in them that will help provide shade, the recovery of the protection strips of the streams and the intervention in different sections. Of these, it is proposed to include viewpoints along the streams, ramps with different levels to adapt to the topography of the protection strips between the terrain and the river level, in addition to having universal accessibility ramps. The architectural proposal is arranged on the land with an open design to meet the requirements of the concept of connection between the natural and the built\; Having the social center as the heart of the project, in order for it to connect the different spaces of the park, several types of spaces are proposed according to the surveys carried out. |
