| Özet: | This research was carried out based on the concern for the sustainability and productivity of basic industries, as an issue that has led to the questioning of whether the generation of goods from agriculture deserves to be marketed, or if they should go through penalization processes due to associated environmental problems. In this sense, crops have been produced constantly, abusing the use of a large amount of synthetic inputs\; which has left a polluting footprint reflected in a bio-accumulation of harmful substances. Based on this, the central problem was identified: What dose of chitosan and at what immersion time turns out to be more efficient in the rooting of Natal brier roses? the validation of the effect of chitosan as a biostimulant in development will continue as the main objective. of the root system of these rootstocks, in the San Pedro de Huaca canton, Carchi province\; where it was proposed as dependent variable: Days to bud sprouting, Bud length 60 days after sowing, Foliar Mass 60 days after sowing, Root Mass 60 days after sowing. Obtaining as a result regarding the sprouting time of the leaf buds, that the use of chitosan at different doses and times of immersion of the plant material, does not show a biostimulant effect on the physiological processes of leaf emission, as well as the size of the bud. leaf and leaf and root mass in dry matter\; reason for which a biostimulant relationship of chitosan in an improvement of the production of rose patterns was not found. |
