description Accessible tourism is a phenomenon that has become popular in recent years due to the growing market niche involving people with disabilities, by allowing their participation in tourism by adapting each space according to their needs, ensuring that they have moments of recreation and leisure without overexertion. However, there are places like the city of Ibarra, which do not provide adequate conditions for the practice of accessible tourism\; misinformation and lack of research regarding infrastructure and complementary services required, leads to a low percentage of visitors with disabilities\; Therefore, this research aims to analyze the accessible management in the museums of the city of Ibarra regarding the needs of people with physical, visual and hearing disabilities\; the methodology used begins with an applied research with a mixed approach because quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed, obtained through techniques such as survey and observation. Subsequently, an evaluation of the museums of the city of Ibarra was carried out, in order to define what type of accessibility they present\; As results obtained, it can be observed that the Nicolás Herrera Museum has a convertible level of accessibility, while the museum and cultural center of the Ministry of Culture of Ecuador has a practicable degree of accessibility, concluding that both require adaptation and transformation of its spaces to be cataloged as accessible.

Accessible tourism is a phenomenon that has become popular in recent years due to the growing market niche involving people with disabilities, by allowing their participation in tourism by adapting each space according to their needs, ensuring that they have moments of recreation and leisure without overexertion.
