It can’t meet with the wished expectations that can afford the comfort way of living. This situation generates a nonconformity of the community so has been raised different equipment for the users as the municipal kitchen or the Water Park although every single project has been declined or not concluded. The sector has been collapsed by a residential use that generates segregation of the spaces directing it to a single land use. |

En su desarrollo orgánico el sector de Yuyucocha se encuentra en un área residencial de fácil acceso, sin embargo, está desplazado hacia la periferia o zona rural-urbana por su distribución interna, donde los predios de este sector cuentan con un sinnúmero de espacios abiertos e incluso residuales que dificultan la movilidad en el interior del mismo lo que ha generado un borde entre las áreas colindantes de tipo rural y urbano de la ciudad. Los espacios dentro de la urbe ibarreña señalan un distanciamiento no por la delimitación sino más bien por su proximidad y la congruencia de actividades dentro de las mismas que, si bien es cierto no puede cumplir con las expectativas de vida deseadas para que exista un nivel de confort. Esta situación genera inconformidad en la comunidad por lo que se han planteado distintos equipamientos para los usuarios, como el comedor municipal o Parque del Agua, sin embargo, cada uno de ellos han sido descartados o simplemente no se han concluido, mientras que se ha acentuado en el sector el uso residencial indiscriminado, generando la segregación de espacios y direccionándolo a un solo uso de suelo.In Ibarra since the beginnings of the 2000’s the urban expansion was an imminent solution through the human settlement.
