Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | The progressive integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the workplace poses significant challenges to workers' rights. This study addresses this issue through an analysis ranging from the historical evolution of workers' rights to the current expansion of AI. A methodology combining bibliographic research, documentary analysis and interviews with digital and legal experts and employers was employed. Potential impacts on workers' rights were identified, including the threat to job stability, lack of equitable remuneration, infringement of the right to work, technological illiteracy, lack of privacy and data protection, and the presence of algorithmic biases. The research in turn reflected crucial challenges, from the redefinition of job roles to the creation of wage gaps and job discrimination. The need to adapt the existing legal framework to ensure effective protection of workers' rights in the context of AI, promoting an equitable and sustainable approach in labor, social, educational and economic spheres. |
