Ամփոփում:The comprehensive geriatric assessment is a tool that allows us to evaluate the health status of older adults by applying scales that provide data on the level of deterioration of aging in the clinical, functional, cognitive, social and affective spheres of the older adult. General Objective: To describe the state of health of older adults through the measurement of the five spheres of integral geriatric assessment in the Natabuela Parish, Antonio Ante Methodology: The present study has a quantitative descriptive and field approach, with a non-experimental design, applying the clinical assessment scales, the Red Cross disability functionality scale and SARCO-GS, the KIKA-Cog cognitive assessment scale, the Gijón social and family assessment scale and the Yesavage affective assessment scale, using the interview as a data collection technique and the use of descriptive statistics as a technique for data analysis and interpretation. Results: The results obtained through the use of the assessment scales to the 40 older adults show us that the predominant age range is between 65 - 74 years with 80%(32) women and 20% (8) men, it is reflected in the results that more than 75% of older adults present a disability and 85% present sarcopenia, 45% present signs of possible dementia, 75% indicate a social risk and 15% have a social problem and it is evident that there is a high percentage of 73% without depression and 28% possible depression in the older adult population of the parish of Natabuela.
